Delhi to Patna only in 4 Hours

Bullet train of Japan will now run in India between Delhi &Patna via Kanpur &Varanasi.

 The Indian Railway has started initiative to fulfil this dream under vision-2020. Bullet train will have a speed of 300km/h, thus Delhi to Patna in 4 hours. After Study, The Train will run on one of the six speed corridor, Patna to Varanasi, Kanpur, Agra and Delhi .

Ircon International ltd. Has taken this for the Preliminary survey, Company will decide about surveyor company. In 2009 Indian Railway had announced that Under vision-2020 there will be six high speed corridor. On these route Train will run with the speed of flight. 
The Rails will be elevated like Metro. On the recommendation Railway officers Patna to Delhi will Cover up only in 3 to 4 hours as it is 15 hours today. Indian Railway Institute of civil engineering, Pune had studied the Bullet train concept of Japan, Italy, Spain, and U.S and prepared a Plan for High Speed corridor.

Other five corridors are : Delhi to Amritsar, Pune-Mumbai-Ahmadabad, Hyderabad-Vijayawada, Howrah-Haldia, Chennai- Bangalore- Coimbatore.
