JN Tata Endowment - for the Higher Education of Indians    The J.N. Tata Endowment was set up in 1892 by the Founder of the Tata group, Jamsetji N. CBSE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME लड़कियों की शिक्षा को लेकर लगातार केन्द्र व राज्य सरकारों की ओर से आकर्षक योजनाएं चलाई जाती हैं। कारण साफ है कि शिक्षा को लेकर छात्रों के मुकाबले आज भी छात्राओं के प्रति भेदभाव पूरी तरह से खत्म नहीं हुआ है। ऐसे में सरकार की ओर से एक आकर्षक योजना है उन परिवारों के लिए, जहां परिवार में एक ही छात्र हो और वह भी मेधावी। ऐसी छात्राओं को सीबीएसई की ओर से दसवीं के बाद बारहवीं तक की पढ़ाई के लिए खास स्कॉलरशिप का इंतजाम किया गया है। योग्यता पहली अनिवार्य योग्यता छात्र का भारतीय होना है। चूंकि यह स्कॉलरशिप दसवीं की परीक्षा में जिन छात्राओं ने 6.2 सीजीपीए ग्रेड (प्वॉइंट) या उससे अधिक प्वॉइंट पाए हों, उन्हें दी जाती है। इसके अलावा आवेदक का सीबीएसई से मान्यताप्राप्त स्कूल में 11वीं में अध्ययनरत होना जरूरी है। स्कॉलरशिप की संख्या व मिलने वाली सहायता इस स्कॉलरशिप के तहत फायदा पाने वाली छात्राओं की कोई निर्धारित संख्या नहीं, मतलब जो भी छात्राएं अनिवार्यताओं को पूरी करती हैं, सभी को इसका लाभ दिया जाता है। मिलने वाली सहायता राशि 500 रुपये प्रतिमाह निर्धारित हैं। यह...
