the following positions:
Project Manager (Implementation)
B.E. (Civil) with 20-25 years of experience. Will assume overall
responsibility for timely completion of the project within the estimated
cost ensuring quality and safety through planning, monitoring and
control of all contractors, compliance with all regulatory requirements
of relevant State & Central authorities.
Project Manager (Development)
B.E.(Civil), with 20-25 years of experience. Will assume overall responsibility
for project development at site for timely completion of Detailed
Project Report (DPR) by coordination with design & engineering, survey
& investigation teams & supervision of all works related to site
infrastructure. Will liaise with local authorities and organise CSR
activities.
Construction Manager
B.E.(Civil), with 15-20 years of experience. Will assume overall
responsibility for entire civil works through main contractors and subcontractors
by coordinating with design & contracts departments and
site level innovations for better construction methodologies and value
engineering. Will report to Project Manager (Implementation).
Geologist
M.Tech or M.Sc. (Engineering Geology), with 10-15 years of experience.
Will assist in site selection for various project structure and layout. Will
undertake geological mapping of project components, identify and
co-ordinate with executing agencies, monitor site activities related to
geological investigation, prepare reports on investigations of different
structures/components of the project and construction material,
undertake seismological studies, classify rock details for project
structures, generate database for easy assessment of geological and
geo-technical features, interact with consultants to finalise reports,
prepare technical specifications for outsourced geological and geotechnical
investigation and testing, assess rock classification,recommend drilling pattern for blasting to ensure minimum overbreak, and
devise methodology for open excavation and support system.
Engineer / Manager - Design & DPR
B.E. (Civil), with 5-10 years of experience. Knowledge of STAAD – III and
other civil design software, preferred. Will review detailed design and
drawings of hydel civil structures, hydro mechanical components; penstock,
gates, trashracks, etc.., interact with experts / consultants / geologists for
site investigation, optimisation and finalisation of project layout and design,
develop drawings, estimate quantities and prepare design report(s) – PFR/
DPR stage; monitor the requirement of GFC drawings and assure timely
release w.r.t construction schedule.
Engineer / Manager – Electro-Mechanical & Hydro-Mechanical
B.E.(Electrical/Mechanical) with 5-15 years of experience in design, erection,
testing of HEPs. Will ensure supply, erection, testing and commissioning as
per design specifications of EM and HM equipment such as generator,
turbine / MIV and associated auxiliaries, protection systems, switchgear,
generator transformers, etc. Will monitor and control EM schedule in line
with other project activities, tests during erection and commissioning. Will
co-ordinate with consultants for necessary approvals. Will co-ordinate
with transmission company for successful commissioning of the transmission
line from plant switchyard to pooling point and beyond.
Environment Officer
Degree in Engineering / M.Sc.(Environment Science) with 5-15 years of
relevant experience. Will undertake Environmental Impact Assessment,
formulation of Environment Management Plan, implementation and
monitoring. Must be familiar with government policies and guidelines. Will
interact with MoEF, Pollution Control Board, Department of Forest etc. for
forest land diversion, river valley management and other necessary approvals
required for hydroelectric projects.
Engineer - Manager – Plant & Machinery
B.E.(Mechanical) with 10-20 years of experience. Will handle equipment
planning & control, mobilisation & demobilisation, operation &
maintenance including preventive maintenance, erection & dismantling,
monitoring & maintaining records of equipment performance, log sheets,
equipment productivity monitoring, etc.
Site Engineer -- Planning
B.E.(Civil), M.Tech. in Water Resources, with 5-10 years of experience.
Will undertake project planning & monitoring for project development
from site selection through techno-economic clearance, assist during
preparation of PFR & DPR, handle cost-estimation and optimisation,
coordinate for EIA & EMP studies, and interact with CEA & CWC.
Site Engineer – Survey & Investigation
B.E.(Civil) or Diploma (Civil) with 5-10 years of experience. Will undertake
reconnaissance and selection for various project structure and layouts,
establish of site infrastructure, manage site activities related to survey
and investigation, collect data required by the H.O for preparation of
DPR, interact with panel of experts and geologists, establish good
business and social contacts in the project area to facilitate smooth site
operations, and interact with various agencies to obtain statutory
clearances. Will also co-ordinate for EIA & EMP studies, forest and private
land acquisition, construction and development permits – quarrying,
explosives licence, etc.
Draughtsman
Diploma in Draughtsmanship, with 5-10 years of experience. Will prepare
drawings for hydel civil structures and HM works in AutoCAD, digitise
toposheets, compile and keep records of all drawings and maps as
required.
Electrician
ITI Electrician, certified to work on 11kV lines, with minimum 5 years’
experience. Will undertake maintenance of plants and buildings and
wiring of appliances, etc.
FOR ALL POSITIONS:
Successful candidates can be based at our office at Delhi or at project sites, i.e. Killar/Purthi Pangi Valley (Chamba Dist., Himachal
Pradesh), Singoli Bhatwari (Rudraprayag Dist., Uttarakhand), or Tagurshit (West Siang Dist., Arunachal Pradesh).
There is no maximum experience limit for any of these appointments. Those with more than the minimum experience required can
also apply. Grade and payscales will be commensurate with qualifications and experience as per the rules of the company. Only
